try our free classifieds for only a
few items to sell or you may prefer a customized internet site from which to
continuously sell. Either way we can help you.
shops
there are two basic options to have a shop in ModCity. You may already have a
site on the internet or you may be considering the possibility of creating your
own site. We can link your current site from the shop area of ModCity and
ModCity's home page, or we can create a site for you.
To link your current site from ModCity's shop area and home page:
$50/month
To create and host a new site: *
$100/month for up to 25 items for sale (25 images included)
$150/month for up to 50 items for sale (50 images included)
$200/month for up to 75 items for sale (75 images included)
An extremely affordable way to have your own website from which to sell your
merchandise. Low start-up costs, no commissions, low monthly fees.These
packages include hosting and maintaining your website and linkage from
ModCity's home page and shop area. Your website will be updated twice monthly
with images you provide and textual changes made as you indicate. New, sold,
and hold tags to be placed as necessary. A link to your e-mail account will be
provided for potential buyers to contact you or we can notify you by phone
(actual phone charges apply).
*there is a very reasonable charge for webdesign services ($500) if you agree
to a six month agreement of the terms listed above.

mall
a more economical way to sell merchandise on the internet especially suited for
those with fewer items to sale or those just wanting to "test" the
idea of selling on the internet. You will have a pre-formatted page created in
the mall area of ModCity. Your page will include a customized logo, slogan, and
contact information plus a link to your current e-mail account. Customers will
contact you directly to finalize the sale. Mall sites may be updated twice
monthly.
Mall Rates:
$50/month for up to 20 items (with images)
$25/month for each additional 10 items (with images)
The first set of photos (at page set-up) will be scanned at no charge.
Additional photos needing to be scanned will be charged a $2 fee per image.
Alternatively, you may e-mail your digital images at no extra fee.

bids
you may feature your current internet auction on ModCity's bid page. For a $3
fee per item we will link to your current auction and include an image of your
item in our bid section. A great way to bring modern buyers to your ebay©
auction. Should you need us to put your image on the internet for you so other
bidders can see your item a $3 fee per image applies. A great option for those
wanting to place items on auction on the internet but not having the
capabilities to do so.

places
should you have an internet site you would like linked from ModCity a $10/month
fee is charged. Linkage fee is billed quarterly. This includes a featured
placement and an image link from the places area in ModCity. A reciprocal
textual link may also be considered. Visit the link page to sign up.
ads
classified ads are available to patrons of ModCity at no charge. For greater
impact you may choose to link to an image of your item from your ad for an
additional fee. See the "place
a free ad" page for further details. Should you have a paid link from
ModCity in either the shop area or the places area you will receive free
linkage to your website from your classified ad at no charge.
floating ads
ModCity also offers additional advertising options for other "modern"
sources. The rate varies by placement and page. Additional Information can be obtained via
