Why am I not receiving the Newsletter that I subscribed for?
When you initially subscribe to our Newsletter you will receive an e-mail that asks for a reply. You simply need to hit "reply" on your e-mail client and upon receiving the e-mail your subscription will be activated. If you do not receive the initial e-mail or the Welcome e-mail, which you should receive after we confirm your subscription, then you should subscribe again.
It could be either that you entered your e-mail incorrectly, or that the e-mail was not received by us. Unfortunately, a certain amount of all e-mail sent is "lost," just like with snail mail. Be sure to wait an hour or so, however, because sometimes delays in mail processing can occur. In usual circumstances you should receive the e-mail from us within a few minutes.
You may ask why we require this extra step to confirm your subscription. If we did not do this then anyone could subscribe any e-mail address without the persons knowledge. We ask that you confirm so that we are certain that you have indeed subscribed and that you do want to receive our Newsletter.
